My wife Ahnie and I have two boys. Hagop is 16 years old and Suren is 13.

My Experience
Licensed and working full-time as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist since 1987.
I've spent many years helping people buy and sell homes and obtain the best possible price and financing that may be available. Throughout those years, it has been very common for buyers and sellers to experience two strong emotions - ANXIETY and FEAR!
Knowledge conquers all, so I've designed a consultative process to educate the buyer and seller about the complete home buying and home selling processes.
During our first meeting, the Buyer Consultation or Seller Consultation (usually about one hour), I'll answer any questions you may have, cover your financing qualifications and most importantly, take the time to listen to your wants and needs - no matter how wild you think they may be. You'll get a chance to look at some listings in the Toronto Real Estate Board computer, find out how much home expenses typically are and learn much more about real estate.
Buying or selling a home is a major decision for most people, and it can be especially scary if this is your first home, but it doesn't need to be. It should be fun, and you should enjoy the entire journey from finding the right home to moving your furniture into it. The more knowledgeable you are about what's going to happen, the more you'll enjoy the process.
Its a cliche but it's true that most people will never spend as much money at one time as when they're buying a property! You should, and must, take this expenditure seriously. Learn as much as you can about the home buying process, current market conditions, and the agent who will be assisting you with the transaction. I've designed and published two handbooks, "Comprehensive Guide to Home Ownership" and "Buying or Selling: Your Home is the Most Important Investment of Your Life" which I offer free to my buyer clients.
You must be able to trust your real estate agent because his advice is guiding you toward this major decision. A Realtor earns your trust by providing you with honest advice and counsel, by not pressuring you into making a decision that may be wrong for you and by guiding and assisting you through the entire process!
You have four options when you're considering buying or selling a home
1. You may do some investigation and then decide that the time isn't right at this point to make the leap to home ownership.
2. You could decide to search for a property by driving around neighbourhoods on your own looking for signs, calling on ads from the paper and dealing with several different agents.
3. You can "hire" a traditional real estate agent and hope for the best.
4. Or, you can choose to employ a real estate consultant like me, Vik Krikorian, who works on a "By Referral" basis.
